The Shipping Policy describes how mursewear.ca (the “site” or “we”) processes and ships each order.

LOCAL DELIVERY


◼ All local (North Battleford, SK) orders are eligible for free delivery. During checkout you will have the option to choose free delivery. Addresses submitted during checkout must be within local radius to meet requirements for FREE DELIVERY.

◼Please allow 1-3 days for orders to be processed prior to delivery date. 

◼Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.


REST OF CANADA


◼Please allow 1-3 days for orders to be processed and shipped. Canada Post’s delivery standard is 3-9 business days.

◼Canada Post shipping is our service of choice. Orders between 0-2kg will have a standard flat shipping rate of $9.99. Orders above 2kg, will have a flat shipping rate of $16.90. 

◼Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

◼Please contact mursewearca@gmail.com if you intend to complete a large bulk order. We can discuss further shipping options to accommodate bulk order and final pricing.


UNITED STATES


◼Please allow 1-3 days for orders to be processed and shipped. As indicated by Canada Post,  Standard International shipping:


Condition:                    0kg-0.5kg               $7.90

                                      0kg-1.5kg               $19.90

                                      0kg-30kg                $29.90


◼Transit time: 4-8 Business Days

REST OF WORLD


◼At this point we don’t offer any other international shipping options. We hope to add this feature in the near future. Thank you for your patience.


IMPORTANT


◼Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
